Aloha to our Na'alehu , Pahala and Ocean View communities! Our Hawai'i Home Energy Assistance Team (H-HEAP formally known as LIHEAP) will be on site at our Na'aluhu location at 95-5635 Hawaii Belt Road (located behind the Na;alehu Community Center). We'll be there from 10:00am-1:00pm collecting applications and supporting documents. Please see our link in our bio to download the H-HEAP application packet. See you on Monday! Aloha Hawaii Home Energy Assistance (H-HEAP) applicants! If you are in the Holualoa area , we have a office location at 78-6804 Mamalahoa Hwy. This locations is "DROP BOX ONLY " location , our H-HEAP team will not available at that site to assist you in person. However , visit us at our Kailua-Kona location on Fridays from 10:00am-1:00pm at 75-5706 Kuakini Hwy. Suite 112. Parking is limited.

If you're located in West Hawai'i and have not yet applied for the Hawai'i Home Energy Assistance Program , our H-HEAP team will be accepting applications in-person at our Kailua-Kona location.
