Our Mass Transit Program offers Hawai‘i Island residents who are elderly, low-income, or disabled access to essential sites such as medical facilities, nutrition sites, shopping centers, banks, post offices, government buildings, and places of employment. We provide island-wide transportation Monday through Friday.
Our 10-van fleet includes different transportation options to meet a variety of mobility needs, including handy-lift vehicles.
To apply for our transportation service, return the following forms along with income verification and proof of residence to Melissa Nerida at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop it off with our office at 47 Rainbow Drive.
Transportation arrangements may be scheduled by calling our transportation department in East Hawai‘i at 935-5219 or West Hawai‘i at 322-3429.
