Our Food Service program prepares meals and coordinates deliveries for food-scarce households, homebound seniors, local schools, and other HCEOC programs. We also partner with local organizations to provide food items for fundraisers or catering for special events.
Operations are based primarily out of our industrial kitchen and commercial bakery. The HCEOC Kitchen at St. Joseph School prepares nutritious meals for all our meal delivery services, including ‘Ohana Meals to Go, as well as five Hilo preschools. Rainbow Falls Connection is our commercial bakery located on site, which supplies baked goods and sells specialty products in select stores.
